4 butterflied chicken breasts or 8 cutlets
4 heads romaine lettuce
2 large tomatoes, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 large avocado, sliced
2 tbsp The Blend
1/2 cup Zero Sugar BBQ Sauce
1 cup Ranch Dressing
Season chicken with The Blend and grill or bake until internal temp reaches 165 (about 8-10 min), once cooked, dice and set aside
Chop romaine into 1 inch thick pieces and place in large bowl
Combine Kinder’s Zero Sugar BBQ Sauce and Ranch to create BBQ Ranch (can be done ahead of time)
Build salads in bowls, beginning with bed of romaine. Add tomatoes, cucumbers, a quarter cup of shredded cheddar, fanned avocado slices, and diced chicken.
Drizzle with BBQ Ranch, and enjoy!
