Step 1
Pre-heat smoker to 225ºF.
Step 2
Wash chicken wings and dry thoroughly prior to cooking.
Step 3

Place wings in smoker and cook for 1 to 1 hour and 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Step 5
