Woodfired Garlic Rub
Pre-heat smoker to 225ºF.
Wash chicken wings and dry thoroughly prior to cooking.
Season wings liberally on both sides with Kinder’s Woodfired Garlic Rub.
Place wings in smoker and cook for 1 to 1 hour and 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Serve with sauce on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
