1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. Kinder’s Woodfired Garlic Rub
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups pico de gallo
1/4 cup water
8 crunchy corn taco shells
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup guacamole
Step 1
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until no longer pink and cooked through, approximately 8 to 12 minutes.
Step 2
Drain grease from the meat. Return meat to skillet and add the Kinder’s Woodfired Garlic Rub and water to skillet. Stir to combine and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Assemble tacos by placing beef in shells and top with pico de gallo, lettuce and cheese. Serve with a side of sour cream and guacamole. Enjoy!
The same bold, smoky flavor that you have come to expect from Kinder’s but without the sugar.
