4 chicken quarters
Step 1
Preheat grill to medium-high heat
Step 2
Pat chicken dry with a paper towels and season generously with Kinder’s Woodfired Chili Seasoning
Step 3
Sear chicken over direct heat, for 2-4 minutes per side
Step 4
Move chicken to indirect heat and continue grilling until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F
Step 5
Remove chicken from the grill and let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving
