Set up grill for medium high heat (400-425 degrees) for indirect cooking with 2 temperature zones.
Step 3
Grill tri-tip over indirect heat, flipping once, until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
Step 4
Allow to rest 5 minute before slicing against the grain.
