4 large portobello mushrooms, stems and gills removed, wiped clean
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon Kinder’s The Steak Blend
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Step 2
In a bowl whisk together oil, vinegar, and Kinder’s Steak Blend
Step 3
Place portobellos on a roasting pan, bottom side up
Step 4
Evenly portion Steak Blend mixture into each of the mushrooms
Step 5
Roast for 12-15 minutes, or until portobellos are cooked through and fork tender
