3 pounds potatoes, cut into 1 inch pieces
8oz cream cheese
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons Kinder’s The Blend
Add the potatoes to a large pot and cover them with water. Bring the pot to a boil over high heat then reduce the heat to medium-high and continue to boil for 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft. Drain the water then return the potatoes to the pot.
Add the cream cheese, butter and Kinder’s The Blend, and use a potato masher to mash the potatoes.
