Thai Grilled Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

4 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless

1 Tbsp cooking oil

4 Tbsp Kinder’s Thai BBQ Rub

Instructions
  1. Preheat grill to medium heat 
  2. Coat chicken thighs evenly in oil and evenly apply Kinder’s Thai BBQ Rub to both sides. Transfer to a tray.  
  3. Allow to marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.  
  4. Place on grill and allow to cook approximately 2 min before flipping. Repeat process 2 times for a total of 8 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
