Teriyaki Flanken Short Ribs


4 lb Flanken short ribs

2 bottles Teriyaki Marinade

2 green onions, thinly sliced (optional)

1 Tbsp. sesame seeds for garnish (optional)


Step 1

Transfer beef into a large sealable freezer bag. Add marinade, press out air from bag and seal. Massage beef by turning beef around in bag, ensuring beef is well coated. Refrigerate at least 3 hours, overnight for best results.

Step 2

Heat grill to medium-high heat.

Step 3

Drain excess marinade from beef and place on grill. Grill for about 3-4 minutes, flip, then grill for another 3-4 minutes until desired doneness.

Step 4

Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve with rice or broccoli. Enjoy!
