1lb ground meat of choice
2 tbsp Taco Blend
1-2 jalapenos, seeded and diced
1/2 white onion diced
2 cups shredded mexican cheese blend
1 cup sour cream
Enough tortilla chips to cover a baking sheet
1/2 cup diced cilantro
Anything else you want on your nachos!
Preheat oven to 300
In a large pan, break ground meat into small pieces. Once broken up, season with first tbsp of Taco Blend. Continue cooking until no pink shows, and add second tbsp of taco blend and mix well with grease in pan until meat is well coated. Set aside or just turn off burner
Line a large baking sheet with foil, cover with chips in as close to a single layer as possible. Cover chips with cheese, and place in oven for 1-2 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Remove nachos from oven, and top with all of your nacho condiments
