6-8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
2 zucchini, sliced
2 yellow squash, sliced
1 Tbsp. Smoky Garlic & Sea Salt Seasoning
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. parsley, finely chopped
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season chicken on both sides with Kinder’s Smokey Garlic & Sea Salt Seasoning.
When skillet is hot, place chicken skin-side down and sear for 8-10 minutes until skin is golden brown.
Flip chicken and cook for an additional 7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet.
Add zucchini and squash to skillet and cook for 5 minutes.
Add chicken (skin-side up) back to skillet on top of veggies, sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of chicken and veggies and cook for 15 minutes or until chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165ºF.
Remove from oven and let cool. Serve warm and top with parsley. Enjoy!
