Smoked Ribs with Maple Rub and Mild BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

1 full rack St. Louis Ribs (2.5-3 lb)

Kinder’s Maple Rub

Kinder’s Mild BBQ Sauce

Instructions

Step 1

Pull off the (membrane) on the back of the ribs.

Step 2

With ribs meat side down, apply Maple Rub to the rack of ribs, press in with hands, do not rub in. Let ribs sit for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Smoke ribs for 2 – 2 1/2 hours at 275 degrees.

Step 4

Place ribs on foil sheet meat side down, sprinkle back side of bones with Maple Rub and add about ½ Cup Mild BBQ Sauce. Wrap ribs in foil.

Step 5

Cook for an additional 1 1/2 – 2 hours. at 275, meat side down. Ribs should reach an internal temp of 200-205)

Step 6

Unwrap ribs and place back on smoker, meat side up. Glaze again with BBQ sauce. Cook for an additional 15 minutes.

Step 7

Let ribs rest for at least 5 minutes prior to slicing. Enjoy!
