2 St. Louis Rib Racks
12oz. light beer (pilsner)
2 yellow onions, large dice
6 garlic cloves, crushed
10 tablespoons Kinder’s Hickory Molasses Rub
Pre heat oven to 275F.
If membrane is not removed from bottom of rack remove. Season both sides, with Hickory Molasses Rub, utilizing 2 ½ Tablespoons per side.
Allow to sit for 30 minutes.
Chop up onions and crush garlic and evenly distribute into braising pan.
Pour beer over vegetables and add enough water or stock to just reach the top of the vegetable layer.
Place ribs on top of vegetables and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
Place in oven and bake at 275F for 3 hours. Ribs are done when completely tender.
Allow to cool, can be finished on a grill to elevate flavor and texture and or paired with your favorite Kinder’s BBQ Sauce.
