Seared Scallops with Master Salt


8-10 Large Scallops

Kinder’s Master Salt Seasoning


Butter (optional)


Step 1

Pat your scallops dry and season generously with Master Salt. If they are damp, they will not sear as well.

Step 2

Heat you pan (cast iron is great) over medium high heat. The scallops should sizzle when placed in the pan.

Step 3

Cook on one side for about two minutes, until a golden brown crust forms.

Step 4

Flip scallops and cook for an additional two minutes or until done. Once you flip, you can add a Tablespoon of butter and swirl in the pan.
