2 lbs. medium shrimp
1 lb. new potatoes, halved
2 ears of corn, cut into approximately 2 inch sections
2 tbsp. Kinder’s Seafood Blend Seasoning
1 stick of butter, melted
Lemon wedges and Italian parsley for garnish (optional)
Step 1
n large bowl combine shrimp, potatoes, corn, melted butter, and Kinder’s Seafood Blend. Mix until all ingredients are evenly coated with butter and seasoning
Step 2
Butcher’s tip: parboil the potatoes and corn. This will help avoid overcooking the shrimp
Step 3
Divide into 4, and pack into foil packets
Step 4
Butcher’s tip: construct foil packets by folding the edges over themselves
Step 5
Set up grill for medium-high heat (about 400 degrees)
Step 6
Cook for 5 minutes, check for doneness, and flip. Continue to cook until shrimp reaches 145 degrees
Step 7
Remove from grill and serve in opened packets
