Root Chip Snack Mix with Smoky Garlic & Sea Salt


1 bag (5.5 oz.) Terra Chips (Sweet Potato or Exotic Potato) or other root chips

2 tsp. Smoky Garlic & Sea Salt Seasoning

½ Cup raw cashews

2 Tbsp. black sesame seeds

2½ Tbsp. unsalted butter

1½ Tbsp. honey


Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Step 2

Place whole chips into large bowl and take any broken chips in the bottom of the bag into a large Zip lock bag (up to 1 Cup)

Step 3

Add raw cashews, black sesame seeds and ½ tsp. Smoky Garlic & Sea Salt to the bag.

Step 4

Remove air from zip lock and lightly crush chips mixture in bag.

Step 5

Once crushed, add to the bowl of chips.

Step 6

In a small pot, melt butter over medium heat until brown, swirling occasionally, about 2 minutes. Add ½ tsp of Kinder’s Smoky Garlic & Sea Salt Seasoning. Remove from heat, add honey and stir well.

Step 7

Drizzle brown butter and honey mixture into potato chip bowl and combine well. Sprinkle with Smoky Garlic & Sea Salt.

Step 8

Spread on prepared baking sheet and bake until lightly golden, 5 to 8 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
