2-3 lb pork shoulder
1 bottle Kinder’s Roasted Garlic BBQ Sauce
4 tbsp Kinder’s Mild BBQ Rub
1/4 cup water
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese or favorite cheese
3 green onions, diced
1/4 cup red onion, diced
Step 1
Apply Kinder’s Mild BBQ Rub to pork shoulder evenly.
Step 2
Place pork shoulder in slow cooker, fat side up, and add water.
Step 3
Cook on low for 8-9 hours or high for 6 hours.
Step 4
Shred meat with two forks and toss with Kinder’s Roasted Garlic BBQ Sauce. Turn slow cooker to warm.
Step 5
Follow manufacturer’s suggested cooking time on french fry package. Pull french fries from oven and set aside.
Step 6
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Step 7
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and spread 3/4s of the fries evenly in pan.
Step 8
Sprinkle half of shredded cheese over the fries.
Step 9
Top with shredded pork generously.
Step 10
Repeat Layers.
Step 11
Bake 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
Step 12
Top pulled pork fries with green and red onions. Serve with a side of Kinder’s Roasted Garlic BBQ Sauce. Enjoy!
