Roasted Garlic and Brown Butter Pork Shoulder

Ingredients

1 2-3 pound pork shoulder

2 yellow onions, quartered

2 tablespoons olive oil

5 tablespoons Kinder’s Roasted Garlic Brown Butter Seasoning

Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 275F.  
  2. Rub pork shoulder with oil and seasoning and place into baking pan.  
  3. Allow to marinate and come up to room temperature for 1 hour.  
  4. Place onions into pan to surround pork.  
  5. Bake covered for 1 hour, then remove lid to finish. Pork should be tender and falling apart.
