Red Jalapeño Garlic Pork Loin


1 2 lb center cut pork loin

1 Tbsp cooking oil

4 Tbsp Kinder’s Red Jalapeño Garlic

1 lb small potatoes

1 yellow onion, peeled and cut into 1/8

¼ lb bacon (cut into strips)

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F  
  2. Oil and season pork loin with 3 Tbsp of the seasoning and set aside.  
  3. In a bowl toss potatoes onion and bacon with a little oil and remaining seasoning.  
  4. Place pork loin in baking dish and surround with vegetables and bacon.  
  5. Place in oven and cook until internal temperature reaches 145°F
