2 pounds skirt steak
3 tablespoons Kinder’s Red Garlic Seasoning
2 bell peppers, sliced lengthwise
1 yellow onion, halved
3 tablespoons cooking oil
Season steak with 2 tablespoons of red garlic seasoning and 1 tablespoon of oil.
Chop up vegetables, and season with 1 tablespoon red garlic and 2 tablespoons of oil to coat.
If grilling, allow grill to adjust to desired temperature and start grilling onion over medium heat. After 10 minutes, add jalapeno and peppers, and slowly roast over medium to medium low heat until tender.
Over high heat cook skirt steak approximately 3-4 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature is at 130F for medium doneness.
After resting for 10 minutes, slice meat across grain into thin strips.
Serve with favorite tortillas, salsa, and fresh cilantro.
