Red Garlic Seasoned Skirt Steak Tacos


2 lb skirt steak

3 Tbsp Kinder’s Red Garlic Seasoning

4 jalapeños

2 bell peppers, sliced lengthwise

1 yellow onion, halved

3 Tbsp cooking oil


Step 1

Season steak with 2 Tbsp of red garlic seasoning and 1 Tbsp of oil.

Step 2

Chop up vegetables, and season with 1 Tbsp red garlic and 2 Tbsp of oil to coat.

Step 3

If grilling, allow grill to adjust to desired temperature and start grilling onion over medium heat. After 10 minutes, add jalapeno and peppers, and slowly roast over medium to medium low heat until tender.

Step 4

Over high heat cook skirt steak approximately 3-4 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature is at 130°F for medium doneness.

Step 5

After resting for 10 minutes, slice meat across grain into thin strips.

Step 6

Serve with favorite tortillas, salsa, and fresh cilantro.
