Red Garlic and Maple Smoked Pork Ribs


1 rack of pork ribs

2 Tbsp Kinder’s Red Garlic (formerly Spicy Garlic)

2 Tbsp Kinder’s Maple Rub

1 bottle of Kinder’s Mild BBQ Sauce



Step 1

Peel membrane from backside of rack

Step 2

Lightly season backside of ribs with a blend of equal parts Kinder’s Red Garlic and Kinder’s Maple Rub, then flip meatside up and season more liberally

Step 3

Place ribs on smoker (or grill or on a sheet pan in oven) at 275°F

Step 4

Cook until bones show about 1/4 inch

Step 5

Sauce ribs and cook another 10-15 minutes, or until sauce has set

Step 6

Pro tip: For competition shine, add 1/3 Cup of sauce to small sauce pan on low heat, and melt in 2-3 Tbsp butter before basting to give sauce a competition level shine!
