2 lbs skirt steak
5 tablespoons Kinder’s Ranch Dip & Seasoning Mix
4 small sweet onions, halved
3 tablespoons cooking oil
Season steak with 3 tablespoons of ranch seasoning and 1 tablespoon of oil. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes.
Cut onions in half and season with remaining oil and seasoning.
Place onions on grill, not over direct heat, and allow to grill for 10 – 15 minutes. Allow nice caramelization to develop before flipping, and cook an even amount of time.
Over high heat cook skirt steak approximately 3-4 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature is at 130F for medium doneness.
After resting for 10 minutes, slice meat across grain into thin strips.
Enjoy steak with onions and your favorite side.
