Ranch Steak & Onions

Ingredients

2 lbs skirt steak

5 Tbsp Kinder’s Ranch Dip & Seasoning Mix

4 small sweet onions, halved

3 Tbsp cooking oil

Instructions

Step 1

Season steak with 3 Tbsp of ranch seasoning and 1 Tbsp of oil. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Cut onions in half and season with remaining oil and seasoning.

Step 3

Place onions on grill, not over direct heat, and allow to grill for 10 – 15 minutes. Allow nice caramelization to develop before flipping, and cook an even amount of time.

Step 4

Over high heat cook skirt steak approximately 3-4 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature is at 130°F for medium doneness.

Step 5

After resting for 10 minutes, slice meat across grain into thin strips.

Step 6

Enjoy steak with onions and your favorite side.
