3.5 tablespoons Kinders Ranch Dip & Seasoning MIx
10 oz frozen spinach (cut, drained and dried)
14 oz can artichokes (drained, cut and dried)
1 cup packed shredded mozzarella
8 oz softened cream Cheese
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
diced jalapenos, optional
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350f
Step 2
In a mixing bowl; Mix Cream Cheese, Mayonnaise, Sour cream and Kinders Ranch Seasoning
Step 3
Add Mozzarella, Parmesan Cheese and spinach mix until evenly blended
Step 4
Add Artichoke and gently fold into the mix
Step 5
Spray a small cooking dish with non-stick cooking spray and evenly lay the mixture into the cooking dish. Bake for 2-25 minutes. Serve warm with crackers, crostini’s or thick tortilla chips
Step 6
For extra cheese flavor sprinkle top of the mixture with more mozzarella and or parmesan prior to cooking
Step 7
Optional: Add diced Jalapenos to mixture prior to cooking for extra spice
