1 bottle Kinder’s Mild BBQ Sauce
8 slices artisan sliced sandwich bread
3 cups pulled pork, cooked and shredded
8 slices sharp cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. unsalted butter
Combine pulled pork and 1 cup of Kinder’s Mild BBQ Sauce in a medium sized saucepan and simmer on low until pork is heated through and warm.
Apply the butter to one side of each piece of bread. Heat a skillet on medium heat and set bottom pieces of bread butter-side down.
Layer a slice of cheese and a generous portion of pulled pork on the bread. Place another piece of cheese onto the pulled pork and then top with the other pieces of bread, butter-side up.
With a spatula, peak at the bottom layer of the bread and flip over when the bottom begins to brown.
Remove from skillet, once both sides of the bread are browned and the cheese is melted. Cut in half and serve warm. Enjoy!
