6 large russet potatoes
2 cups pulled pork, cooked and shredded
1/2 cup of brown sugar bacon, cooked and chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Mild BBQ Sauce
2 tbsp. Buttery Steakhouse Seasoning
2 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 350°F
Step 2
Wash and scrub potatoes. Pat dry.
Step 3
Pierce skin of potato several times with a fork.
Step 4
Rub skin with olive oil and coat with Buttery Steakhouse Seasoning.
Step 5
Place potatoes on cooking sheet and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until soft and golden brown.
Step 6
Meanwhile, combine pulled pork and Mild BBQ Sauce in saucepan and simmer on low until pork is heated through and warm.
Step 7
Slice the potato down the center using knife or fork and spoon out flesh, leaving a half inch shell.
Step 8
Layer with cheese, pulled pork, sour cream, bacon, more bbq sauce, and top with chives. Serve and Enjoy.
