Pork Ribs with Black Cherry Chipotle


2 full pork rib racks, St. Louis Style

2 Tbsp Black Cherry Chipotle Rub

1/4 Cup apple cider vinegar

1 Cup Kinder’s Mild BBQ Sauce

  1. Pre heat oven to 275°F. (Recipe can be replacated on a smoker)  
  2. If membrane is not removed from bottom of rack remove. Season both sides, with Black Cherry Chipotle Seasoning, utilizing 1 ½ Tablespoons per side.  
  3. Place in oven, on a lined baking pan,  and bake at 275°F for 1 ½  hours. Bone side up to develop color.  
  4. While cooking, mix mild bbq with apple cider vinegar.  
  5. When ribs are brown mop lightly with bbq sauce.  
  6. Flip and continue cooking to brown top side, approximately 1 ½ hours more. 
  7. Lightly mop the top side and wrap the roasting pan in aluminum foil. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
