Toppings of your choice
Marinate pork belly with Sweet & Spicy Teriyaki, reserve 1/2 bottle for glazing and dressing.
Cook pork until internal temperature is 200 degrees, basting with Sweet & Spicy Teriyaki halfway through
Slice pork belly and add to tortillas with toppings of choice – we like ours with pickled onions, green onions, purple cabbage and sesame seeds.
