1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 4)
4 tbsp oil divided
1 packet Kinder’s Original 46 Seasoning & Wet Rub
Mix 1 packet of Kinder’s Original 46 Seasoning & Wet Rub with 2 tbsp oil to create wet rub.
Place 4 thighs in gallon size Ziploc bag and pour wet rub on top, taking care to ensure all meat is covered. Marinate in the refrigerator for a minimum of 15 min and up to 8 hours.
Preheat large skillet over medium heat.
Add oil to skillet.
Place chicken in skillet and cook for 5 minutes uncovered. Flip chicken and cook another 5-7 minutes covered until internal temp reads 165.
Serve immediately with your favorite sides, enjoy!
