2lb pork loin
2.5 tablespoons Kinder’s No Salt Garlic & Herb
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
Fresh rosemary, optional
Coat pork roast evenly on all sides with oil.
Sprinkle all sides of loin with seasoning and let rest for least 10 minutes before cooking.
Bake @350f for 35-45 minutes depending on desired cook.
Check with a thermometer pull temp is 145 degrees.
Let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving. (* Optional: Garnish with fresh Rosemary Sprigs before slicing)
