Mini Meatloaf with The Blend and Cali Gold


1 lb ground meat (turkey, chicken, or beef all work well in this recipe)

½ Cup panko breadcrumbs

½ Cup white onion, chopped

½ Cup grated parmesan cheese

Kinder’s Cali Gold BBQ Sauce (2 Tablespoons for meatloaf, 1 Cup for topping)

3 tsp Kinder’s The Blend


Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients (reserve 1 Cup Kinder’s Cali Gold for topping)

Step 3

Divide evenly in 4 mini loaf pans

Step 4

Bake for 15 minutes and remove (tip: use a paper towel to soak up any grease on top of mini-loafs)

Step 5

Top each mini loaf with Kinder’s Cali Gold and return to oven until internal temperature reaches 160°F
