Kinder’s Mild BBQ Rub
Kinder’s Mild BBQ Sauce (or your choice of BBQ Sauce)
Season chicken generously with Mild BBQ. This can be done in advance, and chicken placed in the refrigerator. Remove chicken from refrigerator 20 minutes prior to cooking.
Preheat grill to medium high heat and set up for direct & indirect cooking.
Place chicken thighs on the grill, skin side down and cook for 5-6 minutes until skin is slightly crisped.
Flip thighs and move to the indirect side of the grill and continue to cook, flipping every 5 minutes until temperature reaches 155° F.
Brush with BBQ Sauce and continue to cook until internal temperature reaches 165° F.
