Mesquite Salt & Pepper “Smoked” Almonds


1 pound raw almonds

1 tablespoon clarified butter

1 tablespoon Kinder’s Mesquite Salt & Pepper Seaoning

  1. Pre-heat oven to 300F 
  2. Melt butter and toss to coat almonds evenly.  
  3. Evenly coat with Mesquite Salt & Pepper Seasoning and transfer to a lined tray.  
  4. Almonds should be in a thin layer.  
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until almonds are evenly caramelized.  
  6. Allow to cool before serving.
