Master Salt Mashed Potatoes


3 pounds boiling potatoes, such as Yukon Gold

1 1/2 cups whole milk

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

1/2 cup sour cream

3 Tablespoons Master Salt Seasoning


Step 1

Peel the potatoes, cut them into 1-inch cubes and place them in a large pot of boiling salted water. Cook until tender, drain return them to the pot.

Step 2

While the potatoes are cooking, heat the milk and butter until the butter is melted.

Step 3

Using a hand held mixer, mix at low speed slowly until the potatoes are broken up.

Step 4

Add the milk and butter mixture. Then, add the sour cream and Master Salt Seasoning.

Step 5

Serve hot and enjoy!
