Master Salt Chicken Wrap


2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken

1 cup shredded carrot

1 Thinly sliced cucumber (peeled & seeded if not English cucumber)

2 cups thinly sliced red and green cabbage or mixed greens

1 avocado, sliced

2 teaspoons Master Salt Seasoning

Olive Oil

Lemon Juice

4 Whole Wheat tortillas or wrap of choice (low-carb options could work too)


Step 1

In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with Master Salt Seasoning, set aside.

Step 2

Warm tortillas in skillet or griddle until lightly brown but still pliable, allow to cool slightly.

Step 3

Assemble wraps:

In each tortilla, place ¼ avocado, sliced, ½ cup shredded chicken, ¼ cup shredded carrot, and sliced cucumber.

Step 5

Lightly dress greens or cabbage with lemon juice and olive oil and divide evenly in the tortillas.

Step 6

Fold tortilla like assembling a burrito. Leave whole or cut in half. Enjoy!
