Margarita Pork Roast

Ingredients

1 3pound pork shoulder

2 tablespoons cooking oil

6 tablespoons Kinder’s Margarita Rub

6 jalapeños

2 yellow onions, quartered

Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven or smoker to 225F  
  2. Rub pork shoulder with oil, and evenly apply Kinder’s Margarita Rub over all sides.  
  3. Place in a roasting pan and surround with vegetables.  
  4. Roast or smoke for 8-10 hours or until tender.
