Loaded Air Fryer Fries with Woodfired Garlic

Ingredients

2 large Yukon potatoes

2 tablespoons oil (olive or canola)

Kinder’s Woodfired Garlic

Kinder’s The Blend

Kinder’s Cali Gold BBQ Sauce

1-2 slices of cooked bacon, chopped

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons sour cream

2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

Step 1

Peel and cut potatoes into ½ inch sticks

Step 2

Add potatoes large bowl and fill with cold water to soak for about 20 minutes

Step 3

Bring 6 cups of water to a boil, and boil soaked potatoes for 3-5 minutes (or until the potatoes are partly cooked but still firm

Step 4

Drain potatoes and pat dry with a paper towel, transfer to a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil and season with Woodfired Garlic and gently toss until evenly coated

Step 5

Place one layer of potatoes to the air fryer basket, set Air Fryer to 400F and cook for 20 minutes

Step 6

Once done, transfer the fries to a bowl/baking sheet and repeat for the remaining portions of potatoes

Step 7

Season with Kinder’s Woodfired Garlic and The Blend

Step 8

Line Air Fryer basket with foil

Step 9

Add half of the fries to the basket, sprinkle with both cheeses and bacon bits, layer remaining fries and top with the rest of the cheese and bacon

Step 10

Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes in air fryer at 350 F, or until the cheese is melted

Step 11

Transfer to a plate and top with sour cream and green onions
