2 lb. chicken wings
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 cups vegetable oil, or as needed
Lemon wedges, for garnish
1 tbsp. Cracked Pepper & Lemon Seasoning
Step 1
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large saucepan/skillet to 375°F.
Step 2
In a large bowl, stir olive oil and Cracked Pepper & Lemon Seasoning. Set aside.
Step 3
Fry the chicken wings in hot oil until no longer pink at the the bone and juices run clear, about 8 minutes. Internal temperature near the bone should read 165°F.
Step 4
Remove wings from oil, pat dry with paper towel. Toss wings with olive oil and Cracked Pepper & Lemon Seasoning mixture to coat.
Step 5
Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy.
Step 6
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Step 7
In a large bowl, stir olive oil and Cracked Pepper & Lemon Seasoning. Set aside.
Step 8
Transfer wings to a large rimmed baking sheet with metal rack and bake until golden and crispy, about 50 minutes. Internal temperature near the bone should read 165°F.
Step 9
Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!
