3 lbs flanken style Korean short ribs
1 bottle Kinder’s Korean BBQ Marinade
1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
1 tsp chopped green onion (for garnish)
Step 1
Place rib pieces in gallon sized Ziploc bag and pour entire bottle of Kinder’s Korean BBQ Marinade over them, taking care to ensure all pieces are well coated.
Step 2
Place marinade bag in refrigerator for at least 30 min and up to 8 hours.
Step 3
Light 1 full chimney starter full of charcoal, about 5 quarts or roughly 100 briquettes.
Step 4
Once charcoal is ready, arrange in a pile in the center of the grill, making sure to allow a cooler area around the outside of the grill perimeter to rest cooked pieces.
Step 5
Remove ribs from marinade bag and grill over high heat for 2-4 minutes per side, depending on preference.
Step 6
Cut ribs into individual pieces, garnish with sesame seeds and green onion. Enjoy!
