Korean BBQ Lettuce Wraps


1 pound ground beef

Kinder’s Korean BBQ Seasoning and Wet Rub

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Butter Lettuce

1 cup rice

2 green onions, sliced

Sesame seeds and sriracha sauce, optional


Step 1

Prepare rice according to package instructions

Step 2

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat

Step 3

Add ground beef and Kinder’s Korean BBQ seasoning and wet rub, stirring until beef is cooked through

Step 4

Scoop beef into butter lettuce leaves and top with green onions and sesame seeds

Step 5

Tip: Omit rice for a keto friendly version
