3 lbs. beef short ribs
1 bottle Kinder’s Korean Marinade
Step 1
Add short ribs to container and cover with ¾ bottle of Kinder’s Korean Marinade, let marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, up to 24 hours.
Step 2
Set up smoker for medium heat (about 300 degrees)
Step 3
Smoke until internal temperature reaches 195-200 degrees
Step 4
Serve with sides of your choice and enjoy.
