4 cups water
1/2 cup salt
2 tablespoons sugar
4 pork chops
Kinder’s Woodfired Garlic Seasoning
Combine water, salt, and sugar in a container and brine pork chops in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.
Remove pork chops from brine and pat dry
Coat both sides of chops with Kinder’s Woodfired Garlic Seasoning
Set up grill for medium high heat (400-425 degrees) for indirect cooking with 2 temperature zones.
Grill pork chops, flipping once, until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees
Serve with your favorite side dishes and enjoy.
