Kinder’s Woodfired Garlic Pork Chops


4 Cups water

1/2 Cup salt

2 Tbsp sugar

4 pork chops

Kinder’s Woodfired Garlic Seasoning

  1. Combine water, salt, and sugar in a container and brine pork chops in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.
  2. Remove pork chops from brine and pat dry.
  3. Coat both sides of chops with Kinder’s Woodfired Garlic Seasoning.
  4. Set up grill for medium high heat (400-425°F) for indirect cooking with 2 temperature zones.
  5. Grill pork chops, flipping once, until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  6. Serve with your favorite side dishes and enjoy.
