1 packet Kinder’s Woodfired Chili Seasoning
2 – 2 1/2 cups almonds, raw, whole and unsalted
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp olive oil
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a small mixing bowl, heat water for 30 seconds in the microwave.
Add half of the Kinder’s Woodfired Chili Seasoning to the water and stir until the seasoning dissolves, approximately 1-2 minutes.
Put almonds into a mixing bowl and pour seasoned water mixture over almonds. Stir to coat almonds evenly and let rest for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and spread almonds out evenly into one single layer.
Place in the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway, as almonds like to stick to the pan.
Remove from the oven and pour back into the mixing bowl. Pour olive oil and the rest of Kinder’s Woodfired Chili Seasoning over almonds and stir thoroughly.
Let rest for at least 1 hour before serving. Enjoy!
