Kinder’s Shrimp Fajitas


1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 white onion, sliced

2 bell pepper, deseeded and sliced

1 packet Kinder’s The Fajita Blend Seasoning

1/4 Cup water

8 flour tortillas, fajita style

4 Tbsp sour cream

1 1/2 Cup cheese, shredded

1 lime, wedged


Step 1

On medium-high heat, add olive oil into skillet and let warm for 1 minute.

Step 2

Add shrimp into pan and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Step 3

Once shrimp begin to brown, add onion, Kinder’s The Fajita Blend Seasoning and ¼ Cup of water, Cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring frequently.

Step 4

Add bell peppers into pan and stir. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. NOTE: For softer veggies, cover skillet with lid once adding bell peppers and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

Step 5

Fill tortillas with shrimp & veggie fajita mixture and add your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
