Kinder’s Roasted Garlic 3-2-1 Ribs

Ingredients

2 racks pork back ribs

6 tsp Kinder’s The Blend Seasoning

1 cup Kinder’s Roasted Garlic BBQ Sauce

Instructions

Step 1

Remove pork ribs from the fridge, rinse under water and pat dry with paper towels.

Step 2

Preheat the smoker to 180 degrees.

Step 3

Remove membranes from the underside of each rack of ribs.

Step 4

Season racks generously with Kinder’s The Blend Seasoning.

Step 5

Place ribs on the smoker and close the lid. Let them smoke for 3 hours.

Step 6

Tear off two large pieces of foil and place each rack on one piece of foil, bone side up. Wrap the rack up and be sure to crimp the sides of the foil to create a tight seal.

Step 7

Increase smoker temperature to 225 degrees.

Step 8

Place foil wrapped ribs back onto the smoker and cook for 2 hours.

Step 9

Carefully remove the ribs from the grill and set them on a large cutting board. Open the foil and remove the ribs with tongs. Place them back on the smoker bone-side down. Discard foil and any excess liquid.

Step 10

Baste the ribs with Kinder’s Roasted Garlic BBQ Sauce, close the lid and cook for an additional hour. For extra candied ribs, baste with another coat of BBQ sauce the last 10 minutes of the cook.

Step 11

Serve immediately and enjoy!

Step 12

No smoker? No problem. You can follow the above steps for prepping your ribs, cook them via your preferred method, and then top with Kinder’s sauce.
