1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or cutlets
1 tsp Kinder’s Red Garlic Seasoning
1 head romaine lettuce, washed and trimmed
1 avocado, diced
1/4 cup red onions
1 cup monterey jack
1/2 cup Kinder’s Zero Sugar Smoked Red Jalapeno BBQ Sauce
Step 1
Season chicken with Kinder’s Red Garlic Seasoning.
Step 2
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Step 3
Cook chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side over direct heat. Move chicken to indirect heat at cook until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Step 4
Remove chicken from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before cutting chicken into bite size pieces.
Step 5
Fill romaine lettuce leaves with chicken, cheese, red onions and avocados. Finish off with a drizzle of Kinder’s ZERO Sugar Smoked Red Jalapeno BBQ Sauce and enjoy!
