Kinder’s Pot Roast Stew

Ingredients

1 packet Kinder’s Garlic and Herb Seasoning & Wet Rub

2 tbsp Kinder’s The Blend Seasoning

1 lb beef chuck roast, cut into 2-3 inch cubes

1 white onion, diced

4 garlic cloves, minced

3 large carrots, washed and sliced

3 large celery stalks, washed and sliced

3 medium sized Yukon gold potatoes, washed and diced

1 medium size sweet potato, washed and diced

1 6oz can of tomato paste

4 cups beef broth

Instructions

Step 1

Cut up the beef chuck roast into 2-3 inch cubes and season generously with Kinder’s The Blend Seasoning.

Step 2

In a skillet on medium-high heat, brown beef for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway. May need to brown meat in batches. Once beef has been browned, remove from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3

Add onions into the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes until golden brown. Then add the garlic and sauté for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 4

Place the slow cooker on LOW and add beef, garlic & onion mixture, the rest of the vegetables, tomato paste, beef broth and 1 packet of Kinder’s Garlic & Herb Seasoning. Give it a rough stir making sure the seasoning and tomato paste mix throughout.

Step 5

Place lid on top of the slow cooker and cook for 7 hours.

Step 6

Serve warm with some rustic French bread. Enjoy!
