1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded 1/2 inch thick or fileted
1 packet Kinder’s Garlic & Herb with Sea Salt & Lemon Seasoning & Wet Rub
2/3 cup almond flour
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp unsalted butter
Crack egg into a mixing bowl and whisk to make your egg wash.
In a separate mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, parmesan cheese and Kinder’s Garlic & Herb Seasoning. Mix thoroughly.
Dip each piece of chicken into the egg wash and then into your dry seasoning mixture. Be sure to turn the chicken and coat all sides. Set chicken aside and repeat with the remaining pieces.
Heat the skillet over medium heat and add butter. Once butter melts, place coated chicken pieces in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes. Try not to move chicken until it’s time to flip, to ensure you do not lose any of your coating.
Flip chicken with tongs and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165 degrees. NOTE: You may need to cook chicken in batches.
