Kinder’s Oven Baked Chicken Wings


4-5 lb Fresh Chicken Wings

1 stick unsalted butter, melted

Sesame seeds for garnish

Mild BBQ Rub

Teriyaki Sauce

Extra Hot BBQ Sauce


Step 1

Preheat oven to 450°F.

Step 2

Wash chicken wings and dry thoroughly prior to cooking.

Step 3

In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with the melted butter and season to taste with Mild BBQ Rub.

Step 4

Stir mixture thoroughly, then arrange wings onto baking rack and place rack onto foil-lined cookie sheet.

Step 5

Bake at 450°F for 20 minutes.

Step 6

Rotate rack and flip wings. Cook additional 10 minutes until wings and browned and cooked through. Internal temperature should reach 165°F.

Step 7

Immediately toss with enough sauce to cover entire wing and serve with sauce on the side for dipping.

Step 8

** For sticky wings, toss wings with sauce and place back in oven for 3-5 minutes or until desired stickiness.
