Kinder’s Italian Chop House Oven-Baked Salmon


1 full salmon filet

2 Tbsp Kinder’s Italian Chop House with Olive Oil & Sea Salt

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 lemon (for garnish)

Italian parsley (for garnish)


Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Step 2

Remove salmon from package, removing any stray bones or scales. Cut into 6-8 portioned filets.

Step 3

Pat each filet dry, score the skin, coat salmon lightly in oil, and season generously on all sides

Step 4

Place salmon on greased baking pan and bake at 425 for 20 min or until internal temp reaches 140 degrees.

Step 5

Garnish with lemon slices and chopped parsley, enjoy!
