2.5 pounds unsalted mixed nuts
8 tbsp. unsalted butter, divided
6 tbsp. Kinder’s Maple Rub
3 tbsp. Kinder’s Spicy Garlic Rub
Empty half of the nuts container into a bowl, leaving half in the container to be mixed.
Combine two rubs and mix well.
Melt 4 tbsp. butter
Pour melted butter onto nuts, shaking to ensure first half are fully coated with butter.
Once well coated, slowly begin adding seasoning while shaking container to evenly coat nuts with rub, saving half for the next batch of nuts.
Once nuts are evenly coated with rub, pour onto a 13×9 pan in a single, even layer.
Pour the bowl of nuts back into the original container and repeat the process above.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes, stirring nuts halfway through to ensure even baking.
Allow 1-2 hours to cool. Nuts will be soft at first and harden as they set.
